Privacy Policy
ReMinder (“the App”) is developed by NextAd (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require an account and does not ask for personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
Usage analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics (a Google service) to understand how the App is used so we can improve it. This includes anonymous, aggregated information such as:
- App usage (for example, session counts, screens viewed, and feature interactions)
- Reminder events (for example, reminders created, completed, skipped, or deleted)
- Settings changes (for example, reminder time and upcoming window preferences)
- General device information (device model, operating system version, language, and country/region)
- A randomly generated app-instance identifier and advertising identifier (AAID / IDFA)
This information is not used to identify you personally.
On-device data. Your reminders, themes, preferences, and completion history are stored only on your device and are not transmitted to us.
2. How We Use Information
We use analytics information to operate and improve the App, understand which features are used, measure engagement and retention, and diagnose problems.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Firebase / Google Analytics to collect and process the analytics information described above. Google processes this data in accordance with its own policies. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share personal information with third parties. Analytics data is processed by Google acting as our service provider.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
6. Your Choices
You can limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings, and you can remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the App.
7. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained by Google in accordance with Firebase Analytics' data-retention settings. Data stored on your device remains until you clear it or uninstall the App.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
9. International Users
Analytics information may be processed on servers operated by Google in the United States and other countries.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
